Selective demo (we save what's worth saving). Re-framing for the new layout. Foundation work if needed.
MEP rough-in
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC roughed in to code. Inspections coordinated by us.
Insulation, drywall, finish
Energy-code-compliant insulation. Drywall, paint, trim, flooring, cabinets, fixtures.
Final inspection + handoff
All inspections closed. Punch list complete. Workmanship warranty + manufacturer warranties handed over in writing.
